Spencer M. Partrich is a successful and nationally recognized real estate investor/developer with ownership positions in numerous real estate partnerships located throughout North America.
In addition to his role as the founder and principal of Aspen Industrial, Mr. Partrich is the co-owner of Lautrec, Ltd., Lautrec A & D, LLC, and Quality Homes real estate management and development firms based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, which own and manage assets in excess of $900 million.
Mr. Partrich was a member of the Board of Directors of Arbor Drugs, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, from is inception until its acquisition in 1998 by CVS Corporation (a New York Stock Exchange company) and was previously co-chair and member of Cunningham Drugs, listed on the NYSE, a company Mr. Partrich and his partner subsequently took private.
A native Detroiter, Mr. Partrich graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees. He is a member of the Michigan and American Bar Associations. He resides in both Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and Palm Beach, Florida.
Ross H. Partrich is a successful and nationally recognized real estate investor/developer with ownership positions in numerous real estate partnerships located throughout the United States.
In addition to his role as principal of Aspen Industrial, Mr. Partrich owns and operates RHP Properties, Inc., Bayshore Homes, Newbury Management Company and Brookline Management Company, which own and operate over 90 communities featuring a total of 21,400 housing units and sites with a combined value in excess of $650 million. Properties include over 70 manufactured housing communities totaling 15,442 homesites and 22 apartment properties with 5,998 units, in 15 states.
Mr. Partrich holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University. Mr. Partrich resides in both West Bloomfield, Michigan and Boca Raton, Florida.
